Ecru New York, a US based manufacturer of prestige haircare and cosmetic collections, seeks a Brand Manager, to further the expansion of brand recognition and market share in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut & Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build and implement a sales strategy with salon accounts to maximize growth.
Use a systematic approach to establish deep relationships with strategic salon partners
Conduct sales trainings and presentations
Work with and train a home-based sales force
Support distributor launches by conducting sales seminars and presentations.
Support distributor sales forces in the field.
Demonstrated outside sales experience or equivalent industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage details and respond to rapidly changing priorities and feedback
Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task
Must be flexible, goal oriented and results driven.
Knowledge of competitive marketplace
Beauty background a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Weekends availability is a must
