We are seeking a strong professional individual that will be responsible for opening new accounts, driving sales, training and identifying growth opportunities. The qualified candidate must live in the Northern NJ area. DePasquale Salon Systems is the exclusive distributor for New Jersey.
As a Brand Manager, you are the direct liaison between salons, sales consultants and DePasquale Salon Systems within our territory. You will ultimately be fully educated to represent all aspects of our company’s concepts, programs and the products we represent to our sales consultants and their salons, which will result in growing your product line to it’s fullest potential. You will be a focused salon expert in key markets; whose purpose is to identify new door opportunities and develops relationships with top salons.
You will receive certification in the product line you represent and become adept at presenting the company’s concepts and systems, through both presentation and product knowledge classes, to salons. You will have scheduled detailing/focus days that are required with all sales consultants on a regular basis; where you will be writing an overview on these days, as well as evaluating each sales consultant’s performance.
This is a Full-time salaried position with 90% travel and excellent benefit package.
